Calling All Dig It Volunteers

DSC06178

The Wayzata Volunteers need help planting the annual flowers. Be a part of the fun and beautification of the city gardens by volunteering for Wayzata’s 8th annual Dig It Day event on Saturday, May 20.  Dig It Day is when volunteers plant flowers along Lake Street and at other city gardens during this Saturday morning event. No gardening experience required!

Volunteers will meet at Wayzata Public Works building at 8:15 a.m. with their gardening gloves and trowels. Planting starts at 9:00 a.m. and is usually completed around 11:00 a.m.  To sign up to volunteer, contact Pat Broyles by calling 612-270-3308 or email pat@patbroyles.com.
