Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) and their contractor, S.M. Hentges, will be starting their work on April 17, 2017. During this final phase of work, the contractor will be installing a new gravity sewer main, within the off-ramp from County Road 15 and Shoreline Drive, to replace a deteriorating sewer forcemain. Beginning on April 17th, Shoreline Drive will be completely closed in both directions between Ferndale Road and County Road 15. The marked detour will take eastbound motorists to Central Avenue, via Highway 12. A copy of the detour map can be found below. This work is anticipated to be completed by July 3, 2017.
