Project Description

Proposal to construct a new 25-unit apartment building at 253 Lake St E. This project will be amending the PUD General Plan approval from 2018 which allowed for 16 condominium units. The applicant is now proposing to build 25 apartment units instead.

  • PUD Amendment
  • Shoreland Impact Plan/CUP
  • Subdivision

  • Planning Commission - May 4, 2020 (approved)
  • City Council - June 2020 (approved)
