Project Description

The TCF Headquarters has been acquired by a new owner who is interested in redeveloping the site. The proposed project will convert the existing building on the site to condominiums. Additionally, two new, three-story, structures will be added to east and west of the current building. The proposed eastern building would hold ten condominiums and the proposed western building would be an 18-unit townhome development. The redevelopment project will also include underground parking for the condominium buildings and two small parks on the eastern and western edges of the property.  

The first phase includes the development application requests listed below:

  • PUD Concept Plan Review
  • Preliminary Plat Subdivision

If the first phase is approved, the second phase includes the development application requests listed below:

  • PUD General Plan
  • Final Plat Subdivision
  • Design Review (with design deviations)
  • Shoreland Impact Plan/Conditional Use Permit for Impervious Surface

Planning Commission Meeting - tentatively scheduled for December 7, 2020 - to approve a Planning Commission Report and Recommendation based on input, discussion, and motion made at November 16 meeting

City Council Meeting - tentatively scheduled for December 15, 2020, but subject to change

A neighborhood listening session was held on Thursday, October 15th at 7:00 pm via Zoom. Invitations were mailed to property owners within 750 feet of this property, but the meeting was open to all members of the public.
