2021 Preliminary Budget and Property Tax Levy
After several public meetings, the City Council approved the Preliminary 2021 General Fund Budget in September. The proposed preliminary budget includes an overall 2.46% levy increase.

- Maintain service levels and capital project funding to meet the goals of the Strategic Plan
- Budget with additional contingency and conservative revenue projections to mitigate the uncertainty of the economic impacts of COVID-19
- Minimize the tax levy increase
