Ventana Apartments - 253 Lake St E

Project Description

A development application has been submitted from the applicant Berry Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for parking fee-in-lieu for three parking stalls at 253 Lake Street East. The applicant proposes to include a new fitness room that removes three parking stalls in the existing building that is under construction.

The current Development Application includes the following requests:

  • Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Fee In Lieu of Parking (FILOP)
