A development application has been submitted by the applicant Reed Lewis to replace a driveway at 1640 Holdridge Circle. The driveway replacement would increase the impervious surface on the property over the City Code requirement of 25%. To accommodate this increase in impervious surface, Reed Lewis is requesting a Variance from the impervious surface requirement.
