The existing Wells Fargo building is proposed to be removed and replaced with a residential building, standalone Wells Fargo bank with drive-through, and office building. The project will make significant use of underground parking. While the project has not been formally submitted and the application is not considered complete at this time, the applicant is actively engaging with staff and the community.
The development project includes, at minimum, the following requests:
Subdivision into three parcels
Rezone two parcels - one to C-3 (center) and one to R-5 (west)
Height variance for residential building
City Review Dates
Neighborhood Meeting held by applicant - Thursday, April 21 from 5 to 6 p.m. at City Hall.
