The owners at 341 Ramsey Road have resubmitted a proposal to enlarge their attached garage, reconfigure their existing motor court, and add a porch to their home. The Planning Commission denied an earlier version of this application at their May 16 meeting. The resubmittal requires one less variance.

Impervious surface variance
