Owner John Blank, with applicant's representative Black Dog Homes, has submitted a development application to replace their current driveway, to coincide with other updates to the existing home. This application was approved by the City Council at their August 8 meeting.
The development project includes the following requests:
Impervious surface variance from 35% to 38.34%
Parking area setback variance from 10' to 1'

The Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend approval of the application.
Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, July 17, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
City Council - Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
The City Council voted 5-0 to approve the application.
