Owners John Pfluger and Krista Johnson, along with designer Thomas Everson (Everson Architects) have submitted a development application to add an attached garage to their existing home and expand their driveway.
The development project includes the following requests:
Impervious surface variance from 25% to 31.9%
Rear yard setback variance from 50' to 28.1'
