Project Description
Owner Wayzata Bay Superior Retail has submitted a development application to convert the former Lunds and Byerly's space at 825 Mill St to 12 residential apartments.
The development project includes the following requests:
- Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for residential use instead of commercial use
- Shoreland Conditional Use Permit to allow for increase in overall density in the Shoreland Overlay District
City Review Dates
- Planning Commission (public hearing) - Monday, November 6, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. The Planning Commission voted 4-3 to recommend approval of the application.
- Planning Commission (consent agenda) - Monday, November 20, 2023 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council (tentative) - Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. (Updated from December 2023)
