NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will be meeting Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at City Hall offices, 600 Rice Street East from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for a closed special meeting pursuant to Minn. Stat. Sec. 13D.05, sub. 3(d). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss security and emergency procedures and training. Members of the council and staff will be present.
