Keep the Roads Safe This Weekend

Don't rely on luck to get you home safe this St. Patrick's Day. Make sure to plan ahead by designating a sober driver, scheduling a rideshare, or choosing to stay put. There will be extra DWI enforcement this weekend to keep our community safe, so don't press your luck.

Have fun and stay safe!

Reduce Waste with Organics Recycling

It is easy to make a difference in reducing waste and protecting the environment by signing up for organics recycling! In organics recycling, you collect food and compostable items in separate green bags that you replace in your trash cart. The green bags are later separated from the trash and sent to a compost site, where they are turned into a nutrient-rich soil amendment. Organics recycling is already included with your trash and recycling service. You just need to sign up to get started.

Sign up by contacting Public Works at rebecca@wayzata.org.
