163 Wayzata Blvd W – Meridian Manor Redevelopment
Applicant TMSC has submitted an application to teardown and replace the existing Meridian Manor building at 163 Wayzata Blvd W. The proposal requires multiple approvals. An amended application is likely to be submitted in the future.
