NEW – 565 Ferndale Rd W – Subdivision

Owner Draycott DST has submitted an application to subdivide the 11.87-acre parcel at 565 Ferndale Rd W into four single-family parcels. 163 Wayzata Blvd W – Meridian Manor Redevelopment

An amended application is likely to be submitted in the future.
