NEW – 163 Wayzata Blvd W – Moments of Wayzata
Applicant TMSC of Wayzata, LLC has submitted a development application to demolish the existing building (Meridian Manor) and replace it with an 80-unit two-story memory care facility that has a total of 89,900 square feet. The proposed plans also show a reconfiguration of the parking lot. The Planning Commission will consider the application at their August 5 meeting.
NEW – 332 Broadway Ave S – Eloise Restaurant
Owner Beltz Enterprises, LLC has applied to amend two existing conditional use permits related to parking at 332 Broadway Ave S. The former Lululemon space is becoming a new restaurant, Eloise, which will require additional fee-in-lieu of parking (FILOP) to account for increased parking demand during the day. The Planning Commission will consider the application at their August 5 meeting.
1903-1907 Wayzata Blvd E – PUD Amendment
Owner CWE, LLC proposes to amend the existing Planned Unit Development at Wayzata Executive Park to better align with modern zoning uses. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the application at their July 8 meeting. The City Council will consider the application at their August 20 meeting.
715 Rice St – Landscaping
Owners Jeff and Janet Von Gillern have applied for an impervious surface variance and driveway setback variance, to support landscaping changes at their home at 715 Rice St E. The City Council approved the application by a vote of 4-0.
