Review Your Property Valuation Notice

Property Valuation Notices were mailed earlier this month and can be accessed online at Hennepin County Property Information Search by entering your Address or Parcel ID (PID). Property owners receive the Hennepin County 2026 Notice of Valuation and Classification, which outlines property values used to determine taxes due in 2027.

If you would like to appeal your property valuation, contact the Hennepin County assessor immediately after receiving your notice by email or at 612-348-3046. They may be able to address your concerns without requiring you to attend the Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting on April 7 at 5:30 p.m.

On March 10, 2026, the City Council tabled their review of the proposed project to April 21, 2026, at the applicant’s request. The applicant has stated that they seek additional time to communicate with the neighborhood.
