NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will be meeting Wednesday, August 10, at city hall offices, 600 E Rice Street from 3:00-4:00 p.m. for a closed special meeting. In accordance with applicable State law, a closed attorney-client privileged meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 10, commencing at 3 pm at Wayzata City Hall—600 Rice Street East, Wayzata, MN pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.05, subd. 3(b), for discussion with legal counsel and consideration of approval of an employee Separation Agreement. Members of the council and city staff will be present.
