[ARCHIVED] Wayzata Declares to Continue Curfew, June 2-3

In light of the continued unrest in the Twin Cities and out of an abundance of caution, Wayzata Mayor Ken Willcox has declared a citywide curfew for all persons within the City of Wayzata for the following time:

  • 10 p.m. Tues. June 2 to 4 a.m. Wed. June 3 

The curfew does not extend to people traveling to or from work, emergency services, law enforcement, news media, people seeking emergency medical care or fleeing danger or the homeless.

Wayzata Police are continuously monitoring the situation and working closely with other law enforcement agencies to assess potential threats as events evolve throughout the metro area
