Lost/Stolen Minnesota Driver's License or ID Replacements:
If less than 90 days from expiration, you must visit a full DL office with a camera. All instructional permits require a photo and must be processed at a full DL office
Address Changes for Minnesota Driver’s License or ID:
If less than 90 days from expiration, you must visit a full DL office with a camera. Real ID address changes will need to bring in 2 MN residency documents showing your new address.
*Duplicates for Enhanced Drivers Licenses are no longer accepted as this location.

Payment Options
The Wayzata Motor Vehicle Department accepts cash, check and credit / debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). A 2.15% convenience fee will be added to your transaction when using a credit or debit card. Passport application processing must be paid by check only.
